Rhodia introduced a new type of fiber continuous polyamide resin

the value measured by nylon expert Rhodia (Lyon, France) recently designed and produced a new type of polyamide resin for the use of continuous glass or carbon fiber reinforced materials. This product belongs to its recently launched fuel'in by TECHNYL product series, which has the characteristics of low viscosity, so as to achieve full infiltration effect when impregnating fibers. This new fiber continuous polyamide resin can be used as intermediate products, such as prepreg, which greatly improves the stability of the product, and has many advantages, such as good stiffness, strength, aging resistance and recycling. It is expected that its application fields will include transportation, construction and industrial products

Rhodia public rather than the usual 4-hour company recently launched TECHNYL reg; Fuel'in by TECHNYL is a solution based on polyamide resin, which is specially designed and developed for fuel contact applications. This series of products based on polyamide resin can provide new solutions for fuel storage and transportation, with high barrier performance, and can significantly reduce the weight by 30%, without affecting the safety effect. The original intention of this product series is to adapt to the strict industry standards for volatilization in specific markets, such as the automobile industry and consumer goods industry

fuel'in by t hereby recruits experimental machine talents. The hnyl series has the following characteristics:

· higher barrier performance, which can effectively prevent fuel penetration

· the processing process becomes easier

· be able to adapt to two-dimensional and three-dimensional technology

· it can be treated with the existing high-density polyethylene device

· high cost efficiency

· because it can save weight and time, there is no need to carry out secondary processing (fluorination)

· recyclable
